1 large suitcase= the 25–28 kg checked kind. Cabin bags and backpacks count separately. Overhanging a party bigger than the table above? The booking form automatically recommends the next class up — or we add a second vehicle instead.

Can I choose the exact model?

You choose the class — sedan, SUV, luxury van, minivan, luxury sedan or minibus — and we assign the vehicle doing that route that day. If you specifically need a certain make, tell us and we'll confirm what's available.

What if my luggage doesn't fit?

The booking form recommends a class based on your passenger and suitcase numbers, and we double-check before confirmation. For heavy parties we can send two vehicles.

Do the drivers speak English?

Yes — all our drivers speak English and French; several also speak Arabic, Tachelhit or German. For guided monument visits we can add a licensed guide.
